NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

Understanding the Structure of Human Experience

Neuro-Linguistic Programming — NLP — explores how people think, communicate, learn and create patterns of behaviour.

At Balanced Approach, we approach NLP with curiosity rather than beginning with techniques.

We start with a deceptively simple question:

“How does this person do what they do?”

How does someone become confident in one situation and uncertain in another? How does an effective communicator establish rapport? How do people create motivation, make decisions or repeatedly produce behaviours they consciously want to change?

NLP invites us to look beyond the label and become curious about the process behind the outcome.

Learn NLP with Balanced Approach

NLP is best understood by experiencing it.

Our training combines explanation, demonstration, practical exercises, discussion and feedback so that you learn not simply about NLP, but how to use it.

NLP Supervision & Mentoring

Learning doesn't stop when the course finishes.

We offer individual supervision and mentoring for NLP Practitioners, Master Practitioners and Trainers who want to reflect on their work, develop their skills, explore challenging situations or simply continue their professional development.

Whether you're newly qualified or have been practising for years, sometimes it helps to have another experienced practitioner to think with.
