NLP Diploma
Take Your Understanding of NLP Further
The NLP Diploma is designed for people who want more than a short introduction to NLP but aren't yet ready to commit to full NLP Practitioner training.
Over four practical and experiential training days, you'll explore some of the core principles, models and skills of NLP and begin applying them to communication, coaching, personal development and working with others.
The emphasis is on experiencing NLP rather than simply learning about it.
Is the NLP Diploma Right for Me?
The Diploma may be a good next step if you:
- have attended our Introduction to NLP & Coaching and want to continue;
- are curious about NLP but want to build your experience progressively;
- work in coaching, healthcare, management, training or another people-focused profession;
- want practical communication and coaching skills you can use in your existing role;
- are interested in personal development and understanding your own patterns of thinking and behaviour.
You don't need previous NLP experience to attend.
What Will I Explore?
Across the four days we'll work with some of the fundamental areas of NLP, including:
Communication & Rapport
Develop greater awareness of how communication works and how to build more effective relationships with others.
Outcomes & Goals
Explore how the way we represent an outcome can influence motivation, direction and behaviour.
State & Behaviour
Understand how internal state can influence what we think, notice and are able to do.
Language & Questions
Experience how different questions can uncover information, challenge assumptions and create new possibilities.
Patterns & Strategies
Begin noticing some of the patterns through which people organise their thinking and behaviour.
Perspective & Reframing
Explore how changing perspective or meaning can change our response to a situation.
Coaching & Change
Bring the different elements together through practical coaching conversations focused on goals, beliefs and change.
Learning Through Experience
NLP is difficult to learn simply by watching presentations or reading about techniques.
Our training is interactive.
You'll experience demonstrations, practise with other participants, discuss what you notice and receive feedback as your understanding develops.
The aim isn't to leave with a collection of scripts to follow.
It is to begin developing greater awareness, curiosity and flexibility in how you communicate and respond.
