Coaching course (NLP module 3)

This 3-day coaching program can be attended as stand alone to develop coaching skills, or as module 3 of the NLP Practitioner program.

Three Days — From Models to Practice

Day 1 — Foundations of Coaching

Explore what coaching is, how it differs from other helping approaches and how effective coaching conversations are structured.

We'll introduce practical coaching frameworks and explore outcomes, motivation and the relationship between coach and client.

Day 2 — Communication & Better Questions

Develop your listening and questioning skills.

We'll explore how language can reveal assumptions, influence attention and create possibilities, drawing upon both established coaching approaches and relevant NLP communication models.

Day 3 — Bringing It Together

Move from individual skills towards complete coaching conversations.

You'll explore perspective, feedback and facilitating change before bringing everything together through practical coaching experience.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To receive SNLP accredited qualification, you must have completed the NLP Practitioner course. If you already hold an NLP Practitioner qualification from us or another organisation, contact us to discuss.
