More Than the GROW Model
GROW provides a useful structure for coaching conversations.
But effective coaching requires more than following a framework.
A coach also needs to recognise how people create meaning, how beliefs and expectations influence behaviour, how language directs attention and when a conversation needs to change direction.
That is why our professional pathway combines coaching methodology with NLP Practitioner training.
The aim isn't to give you a script.
It is to develop sufficient understanding and flexibility to work with the person in front of you.

Professional Recognition
Successful completion of the Complete Coaching Package provides both NLP Practitioner and coaching certification.
For those meeting the relevant requirements, the programme also provides a route towards recognition as a Licensed NLP Coach with the Society of NLP (SNLP).
If you wish to pursue professional membership or recognition through organisations such as the Association for Coaching (AC) or International Coaching Federation (ICF), you will also need to meet their applicable requirements, including the required coaching experience and logged coaching hours.
